Privacy Policy
This notice describes the forms, email-resource paths, and external stores used in this private preview.
Who this notice covers
TheTimeFlowHQ publishes this site. Flow Cozy Living is its home and lifestyle brand. Contact hello@flowcozyliving.com for privacy questions. External websites and stores have their own privacy notices.
Information submitted through gift forms
Jewel-Tone and Exposed Brick forms collect a first name, email address, selected gift, and consent. Exposed Brick also collects the selected styling goal. The forms send campaign tags, referring page, page address, browser information, language, and a submission identifier to help identify requests and their source. Requests are processed through Google Apps Script and recorded in Google Sheets for delivery operations.
Cozy Picks includes an embedded Google Form for gift selection. Evening Reset directs readers to go.flowcozyliving.com, where the gift form collects a name, email, gift choice, consent, and source information. That destination and its delivery workflow should be reviewed alongside its own notice.
Why information is used
The gift workflows use the submitted information to process the requested resource, send its access link, maintain delivery records, investigate errors, and identify the source of requests. Read the consent beside the form: the Jewel-Tone and Exposed Brick wording covers the requested guide, while Evening Reset also mentions related Evening Reset emails. This notice does not expand the permission selected on a form.
Email choices and contact
You can decline a gift request by leaving the form unsubmitted. For withdrawal of email consent or questions about your submitted information, contact hello@flowcozyliving.com. Use an unsubscribe link when one is provided in an email. We may need information to verify that a request relates to your own record.
Providers and external checkout
Google provides the embedded form, spreadsheet, and Apps Script services used by the gift workflows. Site hosting and infrastructure providers process requests and technical logs. Payhip handles linked Jewel-Tone checkout; the Flow Cozy Living shop links to Gumroad for Evening Reset resources and workbooks. External services may process information in countries other than your own. Payment information is entered on the store, not in the editorial site's gift forms.
Cookies, source tags, and tracking
Jewel-Tone and Exposed Brick use a short-lived acceptance cookie, valid for up to ten minutes, to control access to their thank-you pages. Campaign tags in links record the source of a request. Hosting and embedded services may use their own cookies. The local Evening Reset gift and thank-you pages include Meta Pixel code; the separate external landing page has its own tracking behavior. Ad placements on editorial pages are inactive and do not load AdSense scripts. An inactive newsletter panel does not collect information.
On public, indexable pages at thetimeflowhq.com, a separate choice asks whether to allow Google Analytics to measure visits. The Google Analytics tag loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Your choice is stored in this browser and can be changed using the Analytics settings button. Pages marked noindex and internal preview routes do not load this tag. Other embedded services and the separate Flow Cozy Living sites have their own tracking behavior.
Retention and your requests
The gift backends store lead and email-delivery records. A fixed retention period, deletion schedule, and international-transfer safeguards have not yet been verified for this preview. These details must be completed before public release. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent; the rights and exceptions that apply depend on your location and the processing involved.
Preview review status
This notice was updated against the current site implementation on 30 September 2026. Operator details, provider arrangements, retention settings, tracking consent, and applicable legal requirements still require confirmation before public release.
