Editorial questions and corrections
Include the article or page address and tell us what you would like clarified or corrected. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal documents.
Help with a free gift
Check your inbox, Promotions, Updates, and Spam first. If the gift is missing or its link does not open, include the gift name, the email address used for the request, and the approximate request time. A thank-you page confirms acceptance of the request; email arrival is a separate step.
Paid downloads and orders
For a purchase through Payhip or the Flow Cozy Living shop on Gumroad, start with the receipt and seller contact shown by that store. Include the product name and order reference when contacting us; do not send full payment details. The store handles checkout and delivery under the terms displayed there.
Privacy requests
Use the subject Privacy request for questions about information submitted through a gift form, corrections, deletion requests, or withdrawal of email consent. Send the request from the relevant email address where possible.
